           The 2025 Hunger Games have ARRIVED, and we couldn’t be more excited to be teaming up with our friends at CrossFit RWOL!

          The

           “Hunger Games”

    &lt;/em&gt;&#xD;
    
          is a 3 week, “in-house” competition that will run alongside CF’s worldwide qualifier. This means it will consist of members from OUR gym(s) only! Athletes will be split into male/female teams with a pair of fearless captains and will compete with the opposing team for the chance to be crowned

           When doing workouts for The Hunger Games we will follow the exact standards from The CrossFit Open.

&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
      
           Here is a look into CrossFit’s divisions we will use for standards!

    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
      
           R
          &#xD;
    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    
          X – Do most workouts exactly as written in class. This is the most challenging option for experienced athletes. Expect heavier loads and high skill gymnastics 
         &#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
      
           Scaled
          &#xD;
    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    
          – Not quite ready to tackle the workouts as written? No problem. The scaled division offers classic scaling options for many gymnastics movements and includes lighter loading. Choose this if you scale most class workouts or you are newer to competing/Hunger Games
         &#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
      
           Foundations
          &#xD;
    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    
          – Brand new to the gym/Hunger Games? No problem! The foundations division will offer “beginner” scaling and modifications that can match ANY skill level. Choose this if you almost ALWAYS modify/scale class workouts or you have never competed/ done Hunger Games
         &#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;em&gt;&#xD;

          The Reaping Period is the time that Captains and District Members can Recruit Eligible People into their District.

           Here is a look into CrossFit’s divisions we will use for standards!

          – Do most workouts exactly as written in class. This is the most challenging option for experienced CrossFitters. Expect heavier loads and high skill gymnastics

&lt;div data-rss-type="text"&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
      
           Scaled
          &#xD;
    &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
    
          – Not quite ready to tackle the workouts as written? No problem. The scaled division offers classic scaling options for many of CrossFit’s common gymnastics movements and includes lighter loading. Choose this if you scale most class workouts or you are new to the Open.

          to develop confidence and comfortability with each movement. The last thing we want is for you to get injured or step into your first class confused or anxious of what’s to come!

          – Not quite ready to tackle the workouts as written? No problem. The scaled division offers classic scaling options for many of CrossFit’s common gymnastics movements and includes lighter loading. Choose this if you scale most class workouts or you are new to the Open.

          I was into the body building exercise in high school and college. I plateaued in my early twenties and came across an introduction to CrossFit video on YouTube. Started doing CrossFit in the Spring of 2013.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

          If I didn’t end up in Occupational Safety and Health, I was going to a high school football coach. I always felt that comfort of teaching and training others to do something I was somewhat found of. So I found my training/coaching niche in CrossFit starting in 2017 at CrossFit 66.

          I have really enjoyed the people. There is just something about working out with the same people everyday and going thru some type of tough physical and mental workouts with each other. I think the workouts tend bond individuals and brings camaraderie amongst each other.

          As many of you know, we’ve been battling with our plumbing over the last year and we’ve both traded some blows…
          &#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    
          After finally getting ahold of our neighbors to get our septic tank emptied a few months ago, we thought that was the KO punch to our plumbing issues for good… Until I was sneak attacked a few weeks ago during 4:30 class and the sewage started backing up through the drain in the floor
          &#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    
          Sammie came in clutch and got us a late night plumber and after snaking the line, they found some type of “pre-wrap” for athletic injuries had been flushed down the toilet.
          &#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    
          To help keep our bathrooms in top condition and avoid any more big plumber bills for the time being.. PLEASE make sure that you are flushing
          &#xD;
    &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
      
           ONLY
          &#xD;

          toilet paper and dropping paper towels and/or feminine products into the trash.
