We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your membership. We're sorry to see you go and hope to welcome you back in the future!
Membership Cancellation
We're sorry to see you go!
- If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
- To cancel your membership, a minimum 5-day notice is required before your scheduled billing date. If notice isn’t given in time, your membership will remain active and the upcoming payment will be processed. No reimbursements will be issued for late cancellations.
- If a client does not fulfill their contract, a $250 early cancellation fee will apply.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to coaches@completewesthp.com or by filling out the form.
