Davee Cooper

Coach

Davee grew up playing multiple sports and has always loved being in the weight room and training with a purpose. When her college athletic career ended, she found CrossFit to fill the competitive void and give her training new direction. Training purely for aesthetics never aligned with her values—she was drawn to CrossFit because it challenges her mentally and physically every single day.

CrossFit has evolved with Davee through every season of life. She still loves to compete, but her "why" has grown over the years. She trained through both of her pregnancies, and now her focus has expanded to include longevity, staying capable for life, and setting an example for her two young daughters.

One of the things Davee loves most about CrossFit is the community and the example it sets. Her daughters are growing up surrounded by strong women and men who prioritize strength, capability, and resilience over appearance.

Before coaching CrossFit, Davee spent six years as a high school softball coach and started El Reno's first strength and conditioning program. That's where she realized her passion wasn't just coaching the sport—it was helping athletes become stronger and more confident. She is a USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach and holds a CSC certification from NASM.

As a coach, Davee's favorite part is watching people accomplish things they never thought they could. She loves helping athletes build confidence in themselves. Her goal is to create an environment where people feel challenged, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their fitness—both inside and outside the gym.
