Jennie Tucker

Operations & Member Support Coordinator & Coach

Jennie’s lifelong love for movement began as a competitive cross-country and track athlete in high school and college, eventually evolving into a deep passion for strength training, functional fitness, and holistic well-being. For Jennie, the gym floor is a powerful tool for community, connection, and mental health just as much as it is for building physical strength.

With a diverse professional background spanning mental health, criminal justice reform, and grant management, Jennie is also the founder of 4th Mile Consulting, where she specializes in supporting small businesses with project management, systems flow, and staff development. She brings this unique, multi-faceted perspective to Complete West, viewing physical, emotional, and relational health as deeply connected.

Jennie serves the Complete West community in two distinct roles:

In Operations & Member Support: She works tirelessly behind the scenes, combining her passion for people, fitness, and thoughtful systems to support staff development, streamline facility operations, and ensure every member has an exceptional experience.

On the Gym Floor as a Coach: She brings an embodied, holistic approach to her classes. Jennie's top priority as a coach is to create a safe, inclusive space where athletes are met exactly where they are—helping them move safely, learn new skills, and discover both physical strength and mental confidence.

When she isn't coaching or managing operations, Jennie and her husband, Nick, are chasing after their two energetic boys and striving to model an active, balanced lifestyle. To recharge, she relies on a good book or podcast, a cup of local coffee, brunch with friends, or soaking up time outside with her family.
