Jennie Tucker
Client Management Director
Jennie spent her high school and college days running cross-country and track, competing 1 mile and 2 mile in high school and the 1500 meter, 3000 meter, 5000 meter and half marathon in college at SNU. After college, Jennie found crossfit as a way to continue the practice of daily functional movement in adulthood with a team of others pursuing similar goals, while most importantly utilizing crossfit as a way to care for her mental health and overall well-being.
With a professional background in mental health and criminal justice and decade-long, personal therapy journey, Jennie has developed a holistic view of wellness, viewing one’s physical, mental, emotional and relational health as interwoven. As the Client Management Director at West, Jennie pours her passion for fitness and mental health into supporting members in the onboarding process, goal-setting, member experience and mental health support and resources. Jennie supports West coaches in understanding each athlete from a holistic wellness point of view, equipping coaches to provide a unique level of individualized coaching to each member.
Jennie is married to her husband Nick, who also attends West. They have two little boys for which they strive to model active lifestyles through daily movement and the importance of long-term functional fitness and aim to prioritize their health in ways that will enable them to continue running, jumping, lifting and playing with their grandchildren one day. Jennie plans to enter the coaching world next year with a focus on fitness during pregnancy and postpartum. When not at the gym, Jennie enjoys reading, trying the next best coffee, brunch with friends and spending time outside with her boys.
